We, Fresh Frills will dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from our warehouse. You can choose any Shipping option at checkout. Based on the shopping option, we will provide you the tracking of the package from the moment it will leave the warehouse to all the way to delivery. We don’t take responsibility for lost orders / delays which will be sent to invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer.
We, Fresh Frills, will help fully and as much as possible to track/trace the missing/lost parcel. If customer has selected the untracked shipping, it will be fully the customers responsibility to contact and follow up with the shipping company/ carrier.
Fresh Frills will not take any responsibility for refunds of shipping costs if the shipping is delayed due to the unavailability of the product.
